The Dyer’s Bay Association was incorporated under the laws of Ontario in April, 1958, and has been continuously fueled since then by volunteer residents who want to build and maintain the strong sense of community in this special part of Planet Earth.

The Dyers Bay Association operates democratically, transparently and uses widely accepted rules of order to make decisions for the good of the community. Bylaws require an executive elected by members and at least three Member Meetings each year. Elections for Directors and Officers every Labour Day weekend, and audited financial reports, we work hard to ensure transparency, open communication, and member involvement in making our community clean, safe and enjoyable.
